Llanelli Scarlets Stadium

Drainage and irrigation work being carried out at the Llanelli Scarlets Stadium

The pitch that we constructed at the new home of the Scarlets is the first of its kind to be built using Fibrelastic rootzone.

Inscapes undertook the full construction of the pitch whilst the rest of the 15,000 seat stadium was constructed around it.  The work, which included installation of drainage, irrigation and under soil heating systems, was completed almost a month ahead of schedule.  Construction involved importing stone, sand and Fibrelastic rootzone into the site.  The pitch was then seeded and germination went well resulting in a good grass coverage and the first cut took place just over two weeks after seeding.

In addition to being completed ahead of time, the project was also delivered exactly to budget.

We think about environmental impact in everything we do. Is the process needed? Is it sustainable? The good news is that this approach always delivers better landscape solutions anyway.
