All in a day’s work at Parc Derwen

The scale of the development at Europe’s largest eco village is vast so there is always plenty to do. Our montage of pictures shows some of the things we were busy with on Tuesday 8th March. First task, shown in picture 1 was to clear some 250 tonnes of timber from the site and haul it for recycling. Another team was on hand to repair the boundary fencing on the site (picture 2) whilst another was busy preparing the site for a VIP visit (The development has attracted a lot of interest from authorities throughout Europe). As part of that same preparation we litter picked the entire site so it was spick and span. You can see the first houses in the distance across the (litter-free!) vista in picture 4.
