All hands on deck (or, in this case, to the tractor!)

We’re snowed under with work at the moment on just about every conceivable kind of pitch in just about every part of the UK. This includes extensive remedial work at the WRU training facility in the Vale of Glamorgan where you might recognise the man in the cab.

Hats off to Tony Horne, formerly of the Wales national stadium (he played a key role in the transition from Cardiff Arms Park to the Millennium Stadium) and whose day job is actually to be our sales manager, doing a bit of sand-banding to help keep the project on schedule.

Tony is an expert in his own right on all aspects of pitch care and his opinion is sought after and valued by many sports venues. You can tell from the look on his face that he’s loving every minute of being back ‘on the tools’ – even if it is only for a short time!
